SMS / Text Messaging Program
Heimish Discount offers SMS messaging for ride requests, ride-related updates, and customer support. You may opt in by texting START to our phone number after seeing Heimish Discount advertising, or by entering your phone number on our website and checking the SMS consent box. By opting in, you agree to receive SMS messages from Heimish Discount.
Messages may include ride request confirmations, driver or ride status updates, customer support replies, and help or opt-out confirmations. Message frequency varies based on your ride requests and account activity. Message and data rates may apply.
Text HELP for help. Text STOP to unsubscribe at any time. After texting STOP, you will no longer receive SMS messages from Heimish Discount unless you opt in again by texting START.
SMS consent is not required as a condition of purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

1. The service
Heimish Discount is a technology platform that connects riders with independent drivers. We do not provide transportation services ourselves; drivers are independent contractors.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Drivers must additionally hold a valid driver's license, vehicle registration, and pass our verification process.
3. Account responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Fares and payment
Fares are calculated based on distance, time, and applicable promotions. Payment is processed automatically at the end of each ride. Promo codes are subject to terms set by Heimish Discount and may be revoked at any time.
5. Conduct
You agree to treat drivers and riders with respect. Harassment, discrimination, or unsafe behavior will result in account termination. Drivers must follow all traffic laws and operate a roadworthy vehicle.
6. Cancellations
Riders may cancel a ride before pickup. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.
7. Limitation of liability
Heimish Discount is not liable for the acts or omissions of drivers or riders. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fare paid for the affected ride.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
